Outlook Calendar Multiple Appointments At Same Time. Outlook lets you merge calendars, or you can simply view them together so that you can save items in. Here is what i do know so far:
In outlook, select your account, click file > manage rules & alerts > in the email rules tab, select new rule. Looking at my calendar, i see that several (not all) of my appointments and meetings are suddenly showing up multiple times (some even more than 5 times!).
